Event Schedule

07:00 – Boat departs from Östra Piren to Järnavik (only for participants in the Long Course)

09:00 – Start – Long course (33 KM)

• Location: Järnavik

• Includes 26.4 km trail running and 5.6 km swimming

11:00 – Start – Short course (18 KM)

• Location: Matvik (participants are responsible for their own transportation to the starting location)

• Includes 14.9 km trail run and 3.1 km swim

12:00 – 15:30 (approximately) – Finish & Celebration

• Location: Baltic Sea Festival area

• Cheering crowds, music and refreshments await!

• Everyone who completes the race will receive food served by Italiì in their Festivo area (check out @italii on Instagram or Google)

16:30 – Awards Ceremony – Both Tracks

• Celebrate with your teammates, family and friends

Evening – Afterparty at Villa Utsikten

• All officials and participants are welcome.
