There are a total of 50 places per course.
 
Two different courses:
  • The 33 km long course with 26.4 km of running and a total of 5600 m of swimming starts in Matvik.
  • The 16 km long course with 16 km of running and a total of 2500 m fo swimming that starts in Järnavik.
 
Set-up:
All registered participants meet in Karlshamn's central harbor where boats ship us out to the starting destinations. The escalation begins in a group where everyone works to challenge themselves on the same boat.
 
Whichever course you choose, you'll have an unforgettable experience of stunning scenery and the thrill of taking you and your partner from island to island. Those of you who have been there before will see that the route has been redrawn. You get to cross new paths and discover new scenic spots.
 
The race ends in the heart of the Baltic Sea Festival, where you finish in front of a multi-headed and enthusiastically cheering festival crowd. Feel the energy of Karlshamn when you cross the finish line, hear the cheers of the crowd and feel the joy of the festival. Go to the finish line and meet up with teammates, family and friends.

In 2025, the major swimrun competition of the Baltic Sea Festival will be organized by the non-profit sports association Swimrun Karlshamn, a part of Karlshamn Swimming Club, with Hyper Island as the main sponsor.

Oavsett vilken bana du väljer får du en oförglömlig upplevelse av fantastisk natur och spänning av att ta dig och din partner från ö till ö.

Loppet avslutas mitt i Östersjöfestivalens hjärta, där du går i mål framför en månghövdad och ivrigt påhejande festivalpublik. Känn Karlshamns energi när du korsar mållinjen, hör publikens hejarop och känn av festivalens glädje. Gå i mål och möt upp lagkamrater, familj och vänner.

Vi ser så mycket fram emot att ses! Under 2025 arrangeras Östersjöfestivalens stora swimruntävling av den ideella idrottsföreningen Karlshamns SK Swimrun, en del av Karlshamns simklubb, med Hyper Island som huvudsponsor.
